Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at our store.
You can return Goods for the following reasons:
- You received the wrong goods
- The goods are described wrongly
- The received goods are damaged
Returns
You have three (3) calendar days notify us or your intent to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

การคืนสินค้า
- ท่านสามารถคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน3วันหลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้า
- สินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิมยังไม่มีการแกะทดลองใช้
- แพ็คเกจผลิตภัณฑ์ต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิมไม่ชำรุดเสียหาย
- ต้องมีใบเสร็จหรือหลักฐานการซื้อที่พิสูจน์ได้
การคืนเงิน
หลังจากเราได้รับสินค้าที่ส่งกลับคืนมาแล้ว เราจะทำการตรวจสอบสินค้า และแจ้งตอบกลับท่านในทันที และเมื่อตรวจสอบแล้วว่าสินค้าอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ตามเงื่อนไข เมื่อได้รับการอนุมัติจึงจะมีการโอนเงินคืนแก่ท่าน
การส่งสินค้า
ท่านจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการชำระค่าจัดส่งสินค้าคืน ซึ่งค่าจัดส่งนี้ไม่สามารถขอคืนได้
